About Tobosa

Since 1978, Tobosa has been a trusted nonprofit serving children, adults, and families across southeastern New Mexico. We empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build independence, gain confidence, and lead meaningful, connected lives through compassionate, person-centered support.

Our services grow with each individual, beginning with Early Intervention for infants and toddlers, continuing through inclusive early childhood education at our Learning Center, and extending into adulthood with programs that promote independent living, employment, community participation, and lifelong growth. Every service is designed to foster dignity, opportunity, and belonging, helping individuals reach their full potential while creating a stronger, more inclusive community for all.
